Helping Escape To St Ives evolve their marketing

As an established, family run holiday lettings team, Escape to St Ives prides itself in offering some of the best quality accommodation in and around St Ives. But, like most tourism and hospitality providers, bookings are all.

So “Escape” approached Stuff Cornwall in November 2019 with a brief to review all tourism marketing to date and provide a new plan to refine and evolve the marketing in time for a January 2020 relaunch. Working hard and fast to get to the bottom of the brand and past marketing, Stuff were able to quickly identify a number of areas where small improvements could make some big impacts on marketing. This included a brand messaging review, the creation of new brand assets, a website refresh and new organic and paid social /content plans for 2020.

New marketing was up and running within six weeks, which included new advertising running over the crucial New Year period when customers were starting to plan their next holidays. Further advertising and social then followed in to 2020 bringing increased interest and bookings.
