Launching Bristol’s 75-mile cycle network
Launching Bristol’s 75-mile cycle network
The latest phase of our long-running campaign for Better by Bike has launched to promote the completion of Bristol’s new cycle routes and the new online Cycle Journey Planner.
The campaign includes a large ambient media piece located in the city centre to provide maximum visibility to commuters. There are also lamppost banners, leaflets, postcards and a social media campaign across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to stimulate website traffic and engagement to the new Cycle Planner.
As well as making regular cyclists and commuters aware of the new routes, the campaign also aims to persuade non-cyclists that there are cheaper, faster and healthier ways to travel to and from work and for leisure.
Stuff has been working with Better by Bike to promote cycling in the city since 2012 and in the last three years Bristol has seen a massive increase in trips made by bike – from 21 Million in 2015 to 26 Million last year.
